Technical Program Manager and Applied AI Systems Architect with 10+ years orchestrating complex technical programs at Google and Meta. I specialize in AI-native workflow design — building standardized systems that let variable-capability teams, human or AI, produce consistent, high-quality output at scale.
At Google, I ran technical program management for Project Starline (now Google Beam), managing rollout plans and cross-functional tiger teams across a 110-station hardware fleet. At Meta, I directed XR Hub programs, integrating VR-enabled CAD reviews that cut design iteration cycles by 75%. At FORTÉ, I delivered $20M+ in AV/IT capital projects for NASA and Fortune 500 clients — designing global room standards and deployment protocols that enabled distributed engineering teams to deliver consistent quality across sites.
The three threads converge in EMB-001 — also known as the Alpha Embassy, the first reference implementation of the AI Embassy framework I published in 2026, currently operating as a complex AV-collaboration space governed by a published social contract, with the Ambassador and Attaché as persistent room operators.
Each project in this portfolio is working code, deployed infrastructure, or a product with real users.
Design Threads
Three design threads run through the work.
Context-Station Architecture is the infrastructure side: designing pre-structured environments where variable-capability agents — human or AI — produce consistent output. Charter documents, cold-start protocols, operational playbooks, room standards. Same discipline whether I'm building AV deployment standards for NASA or multi-agent Claude orchestration layers.
Taste-Enabled Creator Agents is the creature side: agents that make aesthetic judgments, not just execute tasks. Limner is the framework — an agent that rejects its own work when it fails a stylistic bar, instantiated across mediums (pixel art, ASCII, hardware cartridges). Taste is not a genre. It's a discipline.
Universal Persona Systems is the identity side: treating agent identity as a portable, persistent artifact rather than stateless substrate. Console-vs-Cartridge architecture. Hand-raised agents with distinct character. Persona specs that travel with the agent across sessions, hardware, and even models.
Environments, inhabitants, portable identity.
